  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Domestic shipping (USA only): We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
  • International shipping: Currently unavailable.
  • Free shipping applies to all orders.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • We will offer a replacement or store credit as applicable.

  • Burn candles safely – never leave unattended, trim the wick, and follow the provided care instructions.
  • We are not responsible for any damages caused by improper use.
